to form Cosmos Trio.
Their original composition draw influence from Ireland , Scotland , South America and from folk, jazz and contemporary classical traditions. Musically exploring themes of the beauty of the natural world and the inspiration of astronomy and astro physics , thus the name, Cosmos. (Did we mention that Raymond, Michael and Michael are also big fans of Carl Sagan?)
This year Cosmos will mainly be performing a suite of pieces from their forthcoming album, "Twenty year of Dancing in the Garden." These pieces being inspired by Michael Johnson's experience of being the resident harpist and composer at the Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne.
Raymond Hoefer and Michael Conolan will also be bringing their Hofland Music's skills to the mix with video clips being included in the live performances.
All in all a musically and aurally colourful and uplifting experience will be had by audience members witnessing this inspiring show....
